“My name will be great among the nations…”

Malachi 1:11

What is a “Prayer Room”?

It’s a place where, over a period of days, people gather in shifts to pray and lift up the name of Jesus.

The vision is dozens of people uniting to form a chain of prayer that lasts all day.

It is a PLACE to become aware of the Presence of God:

These spaces are designed to become “thin places,” where the boundary between heaven and earth feels especially permeable.

In such environments, people often report that “one hour in the Prayer Room feels like ten minutes” and sense a heightened intimacy with God upon entering.

It is a CREATIVE AND INTERACTIVE SPACE:

Every Prayer Room is unique, but most are designed to help you connect with God in ways that are natural and meaningful to you.

You might read Scripture, worship through music, write prayers on the wall, create art, or simply sit in stillness.

The goal is the same in every Prayer Room: to give God glory and to join the global chorus seeking His face.

Consider it a Pilgrimage:

Visiting the Prayer Room is likened to a personal pilgrimage - even in our own city!

Visiting one is a purposeful step out of routine into a space set aside for communion with God.

Making space and time to spend time in a prayer creates an intention in the heart to pursue a closer attachment to Jesus.
